Lincoln Turns Two!

This post is a little overdue, but better late than never :)  On April 12, my little "baby" turned TWO!  They aren't kidding when they say time flies.  When looking back at the pictures from the hospital, it's hard to believe that was already two years ago.  It is so fun to see how he has changed over the years!  The birthday boy now weighs in at 31 lbs., which puts him between the 75th and 90th percentile (a gain from the 50th!).   He was 34" tall, which is the 50th percentile for height.  I'm afraid he's getting no help in that category from mom or dad!

To celebrate, we got together with both Troy and I's parents for supper the night of his birthday and opened some presents.  The following weekend we had a party with all his favorite people...complete with all his other favorites: pizza, dinosaurs, trains, and cake!

The birthday boy ready to open some presents!
Lincoln's 1st bike helmet and bike!  He also got some underwear that he was very proud of!  Apparently with boys you can't call them "panties"...who knew.
 "Hoops" from mom and dad!
 Lincoln's Birthday Party!
He could finally have cake...an adorable little egg-free treat for the birthday boy!
Dinosaur Train Cake...it was amaaazing!  Yes, there is actually a show called Dinosaur Train :)

 Presents!

A birthday wouldn't be complete without licking the frosting off the cake.
Make a wish!
